Theses are all vehicles being auctioned off by the local police department. They aren’t all confiscated, but most are.

The Challenger was a Sheriff Department vehicle.

I’ve been to a few impound auctions in the past. Never had anything this ‘nice’. It was usually crap no one cares about losing, or beat to shit crashed cop cars.
